Duping My Favourite Perfume

Finding the best MFK Baccarat 540 dupe. Hi! Near here! I’m relatively new to fragrances and blind-bought some, I liked most of them but some are just not for me. But out of around 10 blind-buys I have for the past six months, one really stood out and has been a staple for me. It’s a quite famous fragrance from a quite famous brand that is definitely not quite cheap. haha!  If you’re thinking Maison Francis Kurkdjian, then you are absolutely right! I have been using Baccarat 540 EDP and Extrait, and Gentle Fluidity Gold from this brand because I’ve heard it’s a good brand.  https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Maison-Francis-Kurkdjian/Baccarat-Rouge-540-33519.html https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Maison-Francis-Kurkdjian/Baccarat-Rouge-540-Extrait-de-Parfum-46066.html From the two (BR540 & GFG), BR540 EDP has been my staple and the one I get compliments the most  I must admit, I didn’t like it at first because of the metallic notes on it which gets amplified on m...

Saw Something Extreme at EuroXtreme!

Hi! Near Here! Have you been to a circus?  I have been to local ones and I've always wanted to see more. I can't exactly remember how old I was when I first saw acrobats and contortionists, but I know it was quite some time now. I was really glad when I knew that there is going to be a circus show happening in Davao just right before the Kadayawan celebrations. I was glad because I will be once again be able to celebrate my inner child as I've always wanted to be a contortionist but I never got to be one, so I love seeing them in television and in videos, and having this circus perform in my city means I get to see contortionists in real life once again. Skipping to the show day, there was a bit of delay and moving from one day to another but when the show finally started, I was in awe. I remembered how it felt to line up for popcorns and candy floss. I have always hated lining up for food, but this time, even though the line was long, I did look forward into getting my h...

Journey Through Time, Juggling Emotions

Art evokes emotions. But what if those emotions are unknown and the art that is supposed to surface them was made in the past? Come with me as I travel through time to make my emotions known. Well, it’s not that I’m really going to travel in time but rather go and travel a bit to see my favourite artists’ works. No, we are not going to Amsterdam to see Van Gogh’s starry night. We’ll be going to BCG and Estancia Mall to traverse the past in the present. Almost everyone has heard Vincent Van Gogh’s name. He is everywhere. He is one of the most well-known post-Impressionist of all time, and he is my favourite artist. His works have always resonated with me, VVG was the reason I got into art in the first place. His art evokes deep emotions from what he has seen, heard, and felt when he was still alive. I cannot put these feelings into words, but deep within me holds a huge regard to how he was able to fight his demons, find peace and solace, and expressed his melancholy without using words...
