Lounge and Learn: Red Planet Davao and Davao Bloggers Society’s Slumber Party

 

    Red Planet Davao invited Davao Bloggers Society for an Exclusive Slumber Party: Lounge and Learn. Held at Red Planet Davao, this event is an exciting, fun, and insightful one. This, paired with Red Planet’s hospitality and Davao Bloggers’ creativity is a perfect way to celebrate the holiday in a cozy, relaxed and educational way.

Through this event, Red Planet showcased their new and updated building and interior design, modernized rooms, and enhanced Facilities. Asst. Hotel Mgr. Ms. Clarisse Lim, welcomed the bloggers and shared that they have been working on elevating and improving the hotel’s ambiance to make it more comfortable and convenient to every guest. And through this event, Red Planet is able to reveal the upgrades from the lobby, tonight’s event area, down to the new room designs.

 

The Davao Bloggers Society, with their President, Gem Tadefa, had informative workshops to help enhance their members’ skills and to get to know the basics and whatnots and the fun sides of blogging and social media.

 



This partnership between Red Planet Hotels and Davao Bloggers Society emphasizes their commitment into building connections and strengthening relationships within the tourism community of Davao City.  This collaboration is an invitation to not only visit Davao City, but to experience the hospitality and warmth of it’s people and the uniqueness of their culture.




As a Davao Bloggers Society member, I was really happy and excited to be a part of this Slumber Party because our officers prepared a 2ne1 Listening Party as we wait for our activities to start. the song choices awakened me instead of putting me off to sleep, I ain't complaining, I AM ENJOYING!

The Trivia Night is probably my favourite part because I used to play them at malls and cafes when I wasn't busy adulting. But now that I get to play it with my co-DBS members, it made it memorable because of the bantering and teasing between teams.

I'm really thankful also to Red Planet Hotels for providing delicious snacks perfect for a slumber party and a movie night! I loved everything.

Overall, I really had fun with my DBS family this event and I'm grateful to Red Planet Hotels for allowing us to do this in their place.

Yes, I dressed up as Po from Teletubbies, because I was feeling silly and thought it was gonna be cute, turned out it was ;)

Cozy bed and cozy atmosphere before the party started, it was chaotic fun after this.

I learned a lot from the workshops given by our members. their tips will surely help me improve my writing and posting as a blogger and a content creator.

For this blog, I will be taking you with me to an olfactory experience that will reveal which perfumes from my collection are my favourites.
