Who's Gonna Please Me If Not Me?
It's nice to feel bad sometimes, to do something you swear not to do, to go against the promises you made for yourself, to go to lengths of cheating your way to happiness.

Truth slaps, we all have something that guilt-trips us to indulgence. Something that whispers and tells us to sin and forget forgiveness. Something that will not bring us to heaven, but will bring heaven to us.
If you ask me what my guilty-pleasure is, I would say it’s my no-bake chocolate moist cake.
As someone who doesn’t like sweets and swore not to each much of it, my recipe is something that goes against my oath, considering my throat easily gets irritated with sweets, I am never going to be a sweet-tooth, but oh well, we all have a weakness.
My chocolate cake is moist, rich, and chocolatey, especially after it cools down in the fridge. It may not be as fancy as what you see in the market but it is as sinful. It can be paired with your favorite syrup, a soulful ganache or spreads, or even your favorite fruit confit.
I always feel like a criminal going against the law of my land whenever I have it, and making it is like a ritual I do to fill my hunger for power. An indulgence worthy of its own cult. Each bite calls for a rebellion – a scrumptious one at that.
My chocolate cake is something that pleasures me but also makes me question my life choices.
To let you feel the feelings I feel, I will share to you my No-bake Chocolate Cake Recipe.
