To the Nosy Imaginary Friend Who Keeps Asking:
"What's in your bag?"
Well, it depends on where I will go and what will i do, most importantly, what bag I am using.
I have bags for different occasions and different outfits but there are some essentials i will never leave and make sure I have with me all the time.
Today, I’m wearing my Chanel GWP pouch bag. It's a really small bag intended for cosmetics. But because I like how it looks and how preppy it is, I tend to use it when I’m wearing simple dresses.
Today as I go to a luncheon, I wear this bag and bring a limited amount of stuff with me - the essentials.

Let’s go into details!
1. Wallet - this is the most important thing i have in my bag, whatever bag I use. It holds my IDs, cards, money (and those receipts making it thiccc looking like I have tons of moolah). I use a long wallet and it being able to fit in this small pouch makes me happy because I don't have to use a smaller wallet just to have it fit in.
2. Car Key - I won’t state the obvious but I literally need my car keys so I can get from one place to another. Also, my house keys are in my car so it would be a problem if I don’t have my car keys with me. I actually had that happen once when I didn’t put my car keys in my bag and left to go on a date, I walked out the door, locked it, and went to the parking lot only to realize I didn’t have my car keys with me and can’t get to open my house because the house keys are in the car. I had to wait for my parents to get home so i can get both. Safe to say, I was very late to that date, but it went well. My date just laughed at me and we went on a second date, this time I made sure the car keys are in my bag.
3. My PWD card - you might think why it isn’t inside my wallet, well that’s because it simply doesn’t fit in the pockets of my wallet, and I often use it for transactions especially in medication and other needs, I also use it for identification if there's a need (priority lane in banks *wink* *wink*) so to make it easier to access, I don’t put it in my wallet anymore.
4. Alcohol spray - the third most important stuff I have in my bag is an alcohol spray bottle, simply because I make sure my hands are clean all the time. That's it. I know it’s an old bottle, but hey! Let’s not throw those still-useable bottles. Don't bug me about it anymore.
5. Handkerchief - next up is a hanky, I wasn’t wearing pants and my dress didn’t have pockets so whenever that’s the scenario, I make sure to bring my hanky in my bag. I can’t live without a hanky so it's a must.
6. Lip and Cheek tint - I don’t use many cosmetics on my face simply because I hate putting so much stuff on my face (actually I’m sensitive and I get hives when I put stuff on my face), so a cute bottle of lip tint works wonders for me. I have a naturally pale face so a dab of tint on my cheeks and a swipe on my lips goes a looooong way. It gets rid of my dead-looking face and makes me look like a happy blushy person even though I’m not. It's my on-the-go make-up.
7. Lip balm - most lip tints tend to dry the lips. So I use lip balm to avoid that from happening. Buuuuuuut, I’m also almost always dehydrated which makes my lips dry and dead, so I make sure to have lip balm with me all the time so i can moisturize my lips if I need to. It's not nice to kiss with chapped lips after all. By the way, I loooove this lip balm from Vaseline because it is already tinted.
8. Perfume - I’m the type of person to not go anywhere without perfume. I believe smelling good leaves more impression than dressing up, so I make sure I have a decant of my perfume of the day with me. I have a collection of perfumes and I get to choose what I use depending on where I’ll go and what I wear and what I’ll do, but because perfume bottles are big, I don’t bring them with me, I just transfer a few mL of perfume into small spray bottles, hence the decant bottle spray. No perfume no goes.
9. Pen - I bring a pen with me all the time because I also don’t know why. I just always bring a pen with me. Maybe because there will be a time when imaginary fans will ask for my autograph and I’m just prepared for it. Just kidding, I run a lot of errands on a daily basis and having a pen with me saves me time from borrowing or waiting for someone to hand me a pen.
10. Herbal inhaler - this one I got from Thailand, when it gets hot or too cold, my sinuses act up, so to make sure I’m able to battle it, I bring an inhaler with me. It also helps when I feel dizzy or when someone needs it. It comes in a cute small packaging that fits my bag perfectly. As a tita, this is a need. A NEED.
Well, to my nosy imaginary friend, these are what I bring with me, regardless of what bag I use. These are my essentials. Now go forth and follow my steps for a better life.
BONUS!
So when I'm certain that I’ll be going out to eat or drink, I make sure to bring a mouthwash with me because I have to remove and put my splint back on, and I get disgusted whenever it gets removed and put back without brushing my teeth or have my mouth cleaned, so a mouthwash is big of a help especially on quick runs or hangout with friends. Now, let me be that nosy friend and ask you, What's in your bag?
